santasが手掛けたテクノフローワン本社改修計画がiF Design Award 2026を受賞しました！
iF Design Award とは、ドイツ・ハノーファーを拠点とするiF International Forum Designが1953年から主催する、世界で最も歴史が長く、権威のある国際的なデザイン賞の一つです。IDEA賞（アメリカ）、Red Dot Design Award（ドイツ）と並び「世界三大デザイン賞」と称されています。毎年、世界数十カ国から1万件を超える応募があり、国際的な専門家によって厳正に審査されます。
今年の審査では世界68か国10000点の以上の審査対象の中から選ばれ、テクノフローワン本社オフィスが高い評価を得ました。
以下、審査員の評価コメントです。

Aiming to dissolve organizational silos and realize innovation, this renovation transforms the Techno Flow One headquarters. The entire space is planned based on "11 Work Design Ideas" derived from employee insights. Industrial by-products are upcycled into signage, and "nudge" floor graphics—rooted in their footwear sewing heritage—foster communication and wellness. The choice to utilize existing buildings rather than building new, and to leverage in-house resources, embodies the philosophy of "Aesthetics of Integrity," integrating care for the environment and the workforce.
組織の壁（サイロ化）を打破し、イノベーションを創出することを目指したこのリノベーションは、テクノフローワン本社の姿を鮮やかに変貌させました。空間全体は、従業員のインサイトから導き出された「11のワークデザイン・アイデア」に基づいて設計されています。
また、産業副産物をアップサイクルしたサイン計画や、同社のルーツである靴の縫製技術に着想を得た「ナッジ（仕掛け）」としての床面グラフィックが、コミュニケーションの活性化とウェルネスを促進します。新築ではなく既存建物を活用し、自社のリソースを最大限に活かすという選択は、環境と労働者への配慮を統合した「Aesthetics of Integrity（誠実さの美学）」という哲学を体現したものです。
